Questions owners ask
How much does it cost?
The first chat is free. If it is worth doing, the plan is a fixed price from $5,995 with no GST added, and it includes the full cost of the build in writing before anything is built. After that it is one monthly bill to run it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size. A focused system can be running in weeks. Rebuilding how a whole business runs usually takes three to six months. You get the timeline in writing with the plan.
Who owns our data?
You do. Everything you put into the system is yours, and if you ever want it out, we export it in a standard format you can open anywhere.
Why not just use simPRO or Uptick?
If they work for you, keep them. They are built for everyone, so they fit no one exactly. When you have outgrown them, or you are paying for five tools that do not talk to each other, that is when custom pays for itself.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. That is the whole point. We build the software around how you already run, not the other way round.
