I'm Zac. I worked in the trades before I wrote software, so I know how crews actually work, why they will not use a system that fights them, and what the office is chasing on a Friday.
Most software for trades is built for everyone, so it fits no one exactly. Businesses end up bending how they work to suit it, and paying for five tools that do not talk to each other. I build it the other way round: the software fits the business.
I keep the client list small on purpose. When you call, you get me, not a support queue.
